No, you do not have to be an Oaks Christian School student. We serve students from public, private, independent, and online schools throughout the area, as well as those from homeschool or independent study programs.

The Academic tutors at the Learning Center are adult employees who are experts in the subjects they teach. All tutors have been thoroughly screened and pass through rigorous testing in their areas of focus.

On-site services can be scheduled on most school days between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday and between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Friday. Sessions can also be done remotely, via an online meeting app such as Zoom. (Note: during periods of Covid-19 restrictions, all sessions are done remotely.) We offer remote evening and weekend appointments as well.

We serve students in all grades, and we work with you to find the right tutor for each student’s level and needs.

While the Learning Center does not offer a homeschooling program, we provide tutors to work with and support students who are homeschooled.

We work with students of varying academic levels: CP, Honors, or selected AP courses.

While we do not offer summer school courses, we are open during the summer to help those who are attending summer school. We also offer several summer enrichment workshops for elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Because our tutors schedule their time around tutoring appointments, we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment without incurring a cancellation fee. This also gives our scheduling team time to fill the appointment slot with another student on the waiting list.

High School
$70 per session or a package of 5 sessions for $325.

Elementary and Middle School
$70 per session or a package of 5 sessions for $325.

AP and College Level
An additional $10 per session.
